Return Policy
Every care is taken in packing your order. Should your order be damaged you must notify Plaine & Chamberlain at the time of delivery by calling 914.948.3614, otherwise the order is deemed inspected and accepted by you. We will accept for refund minus the handling cost any print that you are not satisfied with providing the print is shipped back to us in its original packing material and the container is in perfect condition. Care & Handling
Giclée prints should be handled with utmost care, like all fine art prints. When handling prints support the print on the long sides with both hands, if possible wear cotton gloves, or folded tissue paper protecting the edges. Never touch the image area with your hands, Giclée prints should be protected from water and should not be placed in direct sunlight. Giclée prints, printed on paper should be framed using archival mats and backing and behind UV protected coated Plexiglas, Lucite or Glass.
